I suspect CPU fan is the cause of this problem. My Asus X43 also had the same problem but it is intermittent. Sometimes it boot up, sometimes it's not. Only show black screen with led lights up for few sec. I notice when the fan is running, no problem booting up. When the fan is not running it...
