I've tried getting mashup and the zip files I get are completely different to the ones listed on both the xbmc forums and YouTube. Plus the kind ppl on the xbox forum are as helpful as a chocolate fire guard tbh.

So I have a dell optiplex 755 sff, windows vista 32 bit, 4 gig on ddr2 ram and a 1gig amd hd 5450 gpu and I want to use xbmc but I have no clue on how to set it up I've downloaded it and it opens fine but from there I'm completely lost. Does any one have a idiots guide to xbmc using layman's...
