Windows 7 64 bit just formatted it. AMD Radeon HD 5450 Graphic Card I tried all the resolutions in windows settings I tried all the resolution in the Catalyst Control Center (including 1080) still the screen is smaller than my monitor (24" HD Dell Monitor) i.e. there is a black frame...- ARGMAN
