    @hang-the-9. Computer fans do replay on drivers to operate. They normally install by themselves. Go into Device Manager, System Devices and you would see the drivers for Fans to help regulate an accurate speed. Jtlyk.

    You may not need to. Like everything hardware, a driver is needed. Go to the manufacturer website and download and install the driver that you need for it. If not, you can install it through Device Manager.

    I understand. Since it is an i3 processor, your computer might be a bit slow on Windows 10. I would advise to make a Bootable USB of Windows 7. After that, you can simply reinstall Windows 7 by using the Boot Menu.

    Reading upon the current situation, it sounds like the drivers could be still installed on the HDD. What I would suggest is to reinstall Windows by a bootable USB. This should resolve any driver issues.

    If you go to Control Panel and click on Power Options. You should be able to then click on a certain plan. From there you can tell the computer to have the lid closed but not ho off or in sleep mode.
