    if you run at the lowest settings then probably you might get 30 FPS , that still is a doubt . The gpu is a definite bottleneck .

    Intel® Core i5-6200U Processor is a decent performer(2 cores) for normal uses . If office work involves video workloads then go for a higher core count . Even i5- 6300U falls in a similar bracket.
