    I already installed the app but Can not call or receive any call, I just use only txt message

    After I download the viber app, I only used txt message, No call and I can not receive the call as well. when somebody call me after while I only see missed call. Can anyone help me please to sort out this problem. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Not 3
