Ok well i know there is a way to fix it and it only seems to do it with the movement keys. It only seems to do it when you try to do a combination of any of the movement keys together. Such a W and D to move forward and right. But you can press W and any other key besides A S or D. Same thing...

So for some reason I cannot press more any other key in combination with the typical movement keys for games W A S D. I am pretty sure it was never like that before. I did just do a fresh in install of windows 7. I have checked everything I know of that could cause this and still no luck.
