unfortunately I have lost the warranty card.. does it means I have to change whole keyboard?

I just bought my laptop 5 months ago. now the problem is when I push the ''s'' it appear ''sw''.. ''r'' becomes ''r5'' ..''i'' become 'reload/refresh page'' .. ''6'' becomes ''6u''. I have checked my language settings and they are set to U.S.. which they were before.. please help me!
