okay i just got my pair (i caved and went to guitar center) and they're really great but they're just not loud enough even at 100 percent volume. i'm using my gigabyte ud4h's onboard realtek audio btw

so i've been absorbing all of the praise i've read about the Audio Technica ATH-M50 headphones and i'm basically sold on them. one review i watched today though mentioned that if you're not using them to produce or master music or videos, they might not be worth it. does anyone have any thoughts...
