    People here have had good luck with Lenovo and recommend them I've had good luck with Asus laptops. I say it's a toss up. I think you would be happy with either.

    The outer shield of the coax cable is suppose to be grounded before it enters your house according to code. If you Google 820.93 you should find the code. I hope that helps
