I’ve play the same games before and the pc did not thermal throttle. Like company of heroes 2 few years ago barely have fps drops until mass ai units get stuck and now can’t even play due to desync from fps drop

I have this laptop for about four years. Recently it was hard for me to play much games because of thermal throttling. I have replaced thermal paste for cpu and gpu but the cpu (cpu is noticable in temp monitor thing) still thermal throttling at 102C. The fan also spin at fast as it can...
