laptop does not recognize my login name

What Operating System are you running? That will help us figure out what exactly is going on and how to fix it. In general, if you are running Windows, you should be able to fix the issue by going into safe mode (usually by pressing F8 at the loading screen) and attempting to repair your...

    Tor Browser failed to install

Your problem is most likely that you are still running Windows XP. Very little software that you download will work for that OS. If you have to use that browser, update your OS at least to Windows 7, Windows 10 being preferable as it is the newest.

Please help me reset my laptop

According to the Dell website, here is how you would perform a factory reset: 1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "reset" 2. Select Reset this PC (System Setting) 3. Under Advanced Startup, select Restart Now 4. At the Choose an option screen, select...

Please help me reset my laptop

Performing a factory reset means that you are taking everything: every file, program, etc. that you have installed or any changes you have made to programs already on the machine. This doesn't sound like what you are wanting to do. As for the space issue, are you getting a message saying your...

Can I hook a subwoofer to my phone with the head phone jack

If you connect any device to your phone via the audio jack, you will no longer receive any sound from the built-in speakers. So, connecting a sub to your phone would be quite pointless. You could connect a speaker system that includes a subwoofer to your phone (e.g. this)

    Solved! BSOD cause ntoskrln.exe+231ab7

It sounds like you are simply using more resources than what the system can give you, causing it to crash. If WoW is causing the crash while you have other programs running in the background, try closing out those programs before running the game and see if that fixes your issue.

I would recommend contacting Sharp customer support at support@sharptvusa.com Edit: Changed email link to working version.

Realtek HD manager - changes do not affect

I would suggest downloading or re-downloading the audio drivers for your motherboard and installing those. See: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3562028/realtek-audio-manager-working.html

    HiPoint X90 mic not working

Do your headphones have 1 cable or 2? If you only have 1, then you likely need to get a splitter (I would recommend http://a.co/ivo3mgy).

Trying to connect laptop hard drive to desktop

You cannot take a bootable hard drive from one system, plug it into another system, and attempt to boot from it. When a hard drive is made bootable, it is specific to the motherboard that it was installed on. Simply cloning the drive and attempting to boot from it in another system will not work.

    Laptop Loose Case

That is probably intentional, so I would recommend not gluing, or otherwise modifying, the case.

Laptop Making A Loud Rattling Noise (sound clip included)

To me, that sounds like a wire or cable is hitting the blades of your fan. The increase in tempo is because the fan speed is going up and down according to how much cooling it needs to provide. To be sure, I need to get a little bit more information. When did this noise start? Have you recently...
