I really don't think that AMD showed the most potent version of RDNA 2. My guess is that it was an RX 6800 XT that they teased. There would be no point in showing their best card at a CPU reveal, it would spoil the party for later.

Many of those CPUs really did have bad 3rd and 4th cores so they were cut by a laser. Only when they ran out and saw how popular that CPU was did they start making them with good cores that were locked. This appears to be one of the ones that really only has 2 cores.

Sure, you can try bumping it up a tad but I think that the tears are a result of your GPU and shockwave crashes from time to time in browsers on all computers. Try updating it. If you want to up the voltage to your CPU, do it one step at a time and do not go over 1.5V for any reason.

Whenever I set up a system, I always install SpyBot Search and Destroy. That program is fantastic. I've had some bad experiences with VLC not wanting to let me uninstall it (thank god I had Spybot S&D's shredder at the time). As for iTunes, I couldn't get it out of my system fast enough...

There's no reason whatsoever to upgrade your laptop. The Q9000M and Mobility Radeon HD 4650 are just fine. Worry about upgrading when either your laptop dies or all games are DX11. As it is, you're doing fine. :sol:
