    Hello. Nevermind this past discussion. It was most likely a one off thing as i havent experienced it Again. I do have a nother problem now. The laptop now turns off when i try to turn on. I can still go to the bios but when i go out of it and try to boot up, it turns off

    Yes it was plugged in. I was in an ms teams meeting plus background apps (chrome, task manager, file explorer, etc.)

    so on the past hour my laptop has shut off 3 times with no warning or anything. the laptop is relatively new ,(November 2020) so I think that's not a problem. how can I fix those sudden shutoffs? the laptop model is a lenovo e15 if this helps. thank you
