Jack on laptop charger contact me, is it normal ?
i have a laptop adaptor that i think abnormal, the jack which connected to laptop cause high voltage and contact my hand. I have tested the jack (+ and -) with multimeter on ohm and it diplays a resistance on multimeter, is it called short cut or what ? do i have buy new charger ?- azhar hamrat
