Are you targeting 1080p60? If so, I suggest either using shadowplay or OBS+quicksync/nvenc. Fraps is unacceptably CPU-intensive nowadays. And your CPU probably could not pull off 1080p60 with full software encoders like OBS-x264 or the codecs used by Dxtory.
