    it doesnt seem to work....we first thought it was a battery, but now it shuts down randomly. most of the time i cant even get back into windows, because he shuts down before hand

    Dell Inspiron keeps shutting down

    My dell laptop keep shutting down randomly. I use windows 7, the battery seems to be ok and I just cleaned it out too. we thought it was an overheating prob but it keeps shutting down with the cooling pack too. Someone got any idea what it could be?
