Solved! How to connect Samsung TV to iLive sound bar
Yes, l checked the sound bar, it plays music loud and clear. Even did the TV sound test which was also loud & clear. Checked the settings which are all correct. I am using the optical cable which lit up that shows it is connected, -

My iLive came with the optical cable, red light on which shows connection is present. The available connects on both devices is optical, HDMI & the red & white audio. -

Solved! How to connect Samsung TV to iLive sound bar
I have a Samsung TV, am trying to connect it to my iLive sound bar with the optical cable. The sound comes out but very low. Tried connecting with HDMI cable but there was absolutely no sound. When I tried the red & white audio cable, same result, no sound. I have AT&T U verse.
