    I cant turn VSYNC on! 770M!

    I have an MSI GT60 which is the smaller version of your laptop and can confirm the SAME issue as you. Plugging in to my tv and running games at the same resolution eliminates all vsync issues here as well, once I start using the built in display the choppiness is back.
