    Question Hi, my hp laptop b and n keys are not working that's why i am unable to login because my password contains one of these letters .

    i have tried this and it works. But what is the right solution for operating these keys? Is there will be any kind of replacement ? because suddenly these keys tend to stop working.

    i have windows 8.1 and my mouse is working fine so how can i use onscreen keyboard?
