the pins are like a little bend...but it charges fine and it runs at stable fps untill it like drops to 5 fps every like half minute.. the intel xtu tests are saying its power limit throttling but im not sure what thats telling

My laptop has been dropping to under 10fps playing games where i get 100+ normally only when i am charging. So i thought it might be the charger providing not enough power since its pretty banged up. Is there any kind of software or monitor tool to watch how much power my laptop is getting?
