Got a client who has a local HP printer at his pc. When he prints it stays in the queue as "Printing" already clear out the print queue multiple times. tried updating drivers using univeral PCL 5 & 6 and even the standard one came with it. uninstall the whole printer and did a fresh install...

Try restarting in safe mode then running your cleaners

If it is Windows 10 and it has the Xbox App install then you can just stream it to your laptop..given that the school didn't lock down the laptop
