The game is free and have run it on low settings but the fact is this computer should run it on med to high settings and while playing "romeros aftermath" it only gets up to 11 fps on lowest settings

How could I fix this?

I recently bought a new acer aspire e5-573g-56rg and by looking at the specs of the graphics card and overall specs the laptop should run most games but when I use GeForce experience it tells me that the laptop does not meet the requirements for a game as average as heroes and generals Thanks...
