    Sure, press Windows Key + X. On the menu that pops up, you can click "Control Panel" (or press P).

    Sounds like a gesture that can probably be disabled.. I would check in the "Control Panel" under "Mouse".. I would guess there is a "Finger sensing pad" or "Touchpad" tab that should have a "Configure" button to let you enable/disable gestures

    Help me choose these 2 laptop

    The G75VX will probably get you about 20fps on BF3, 40fps on Black Ops 2, and 60fps on MW3 (all in Ultra) while the G750JH and its GTX 780M would get you closer to 60fps in BF3, 80fps in BO2, and 120fps in MW3 - although the G750JH will probably cost nearly twice as much... G75VX Benchmarks...

    I doubt you're going to find a touch screen laptop under $800 that can run Skyrim on medium settings.. You'll probably have to ditch the touchscreen or raise your budget Benchmarks for HD 7600G This one might give you about 30 fps at medium settings. To run Skyrim at medium settings closer...
