    My Windows 7 PC doesn't know that my Oculus Rift CV1 is plugged in. HELP!

    So I plugged in the USBs and HDMI cables into the right places, and I am 100% sure they work, but the Oculus app just has those spinning circles. The Rift isn't in device manager either.
