Fixed it, if anyone else has this problem just uninstall Realtek auido. Simple as. -

I recently up graded my Mother board, and all other components really, and I had my speakers working. however yesterday I swapped my RAM and now my speakers will not play sound, seeing as I have the Realtec HD auido manager I don't even know if its being recognised. Screenshot...
