Tried another troubleshooting step of turning the ARC off. Was thinking maybe I need to use Fiber Optic cable? Turning Arc off didnt do anything.

Checked receiver. Its set. Switched audio to PCM and Dolby to Downmix PCM. No luck.

Forgot to mention, video comes through fine, just not audio.
