I own a Lenovo Yoga 530 as well and this problem started with Windows10 update 1903. I rolled back this update and all was fine for some weeks, but meanwhile M$ forced this update again (rollback blocked now) 😖 We are not alone, but no solution so far: Google search 'hibernate windows 1903'
