It's for several reasons, one is the phones are very expensive. Then, all makers of smartphones keep piece-mealing improvments instead of combining all of what people want most in a phone. I don't understand why this is so hard to do. Great camera, high quality photos in low light, solid specs...

The notch is stupid, Essential started it, then Apple, it serves no purpose and people making excuses for it are just making it even worse. When I purchase a phone this year, I'm purposely getting one without a notch.

How about...these phones need to be offered at a lower price? That's the reason for the slow sales. Any of the geniuses figured this out yet? In addition, I really wish one of the Android makers would get it together and offer all the bells and whistles on ONE phone, and stop playing, oh this...
