    Windows 7 Refurbished Laptop

    i do believe it is an actual copy of windows 7. it has the fancy copper colored hologram around the edges of the disk. it says on the package that the refurbished must have windows 7 preinstalled on the system. it says the disk is for backup purposes only.

    I just purchased a dell d830 from newegg that was refurbished. I received a windows 7 disk that says its "for reburhsed pcs only". if i want to upgrade to an SSD. is it possible to do with this disk?
