Galaxy Note 8 Has a Battery Problem of its Own
I haven't had this problem. I don't usually let my phone drop all the way to zero but on the few occasions when I have pushed it there, I've had no problems getting it to charge and to charge quickly.- bilavideobill

Not my phone. My Note 8 can go from zero to 100% in a fairly short period of time.- bilavideobill
