My screen was frozen. I did the ten second off and on. Lenovo came up on my screen. We couldn’t complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer. It’s been doing this on and off for the last 10 minutes. I don’t know what to do. Can you suggest something? Thanks, Barbara
