Sounds like it. Apple care (warranty) does not cover water damage. You can send it in, but expect to pay more to fix it. I'll open up the laptop and see what is damaged. If the water did not hit the motherboard (you'll see dried water residue), it could just be you need to replace the keyboard...

check the monitor cable or the monitor could be bad. reseat the cable connections

Maybe the inverter to the screen went bad. Try get a flashlight and shine it on the screen to see if you see anything. Aslo try to connect the VGA cable from the laptop to a monitor and see if you are getting any display.

It sounds like when the laptop dropped, it may have broken the battery.

Have you tried powering the laptop without the battery inserted? See if the laptop is running really hot. Check the power settings in the control panel (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options) to see what it is set to. Maybe you need to open up the laptop itself to see if there is...
