When I try to use my headphones, the speakers and headphones would both play. I tried checking to see if it's my default device but the headphones and speakers are connected as one and I can't separate them, I only want the headphones to play by itself but the speakers would play as well, please...

I have a Dell computer and whenever I try to turn on the computer a Dell Logo will show up with a loading icon then it turns black with only a mouse and a loading icon, I’ve tried doing the taskbar method and it didn’t work, please help!
