Solved! yamaha stereo receiver ax396rds volume don't go louder
that's correct, the volume knob on the front panel doesn't work no more, but i've found another remote control which do work, so luckily i have the volume back right now.. the volume knob doesn't work manually still though.. -

also no reaction when i turn the volume up with remote control .. while changing channels do work, so batteries in remote control are ok..
