I have Dell latitude 5400, and when I'm on battery, it suddenly cuts off all power when it reaches high CPU clock, I suspect it's at 4.1 GhZ (its cpu max), but I think if it was limited up to 3.9 GhZ, then laptop wouldnt turn off immediatelly when it needs more power. I tested this, like, when I...
