I have checked fot lights everywehere.... I suspect that there is a piece of software that paints across the screen " Check CAPSLOCK Dummy!!!"

I have a Toshiba PA5226U-1ETB wireless keyboard and mouse and there is no "Caps Lock" light or other caps lock indicator
