No, drive 0 is the bootable usb, and when installing win 8/10, my hdd shows as drive 0, but still im unable to install

When i selected the new and only one partition, it says "windows is unable to install to the selected location. Error 0x80300024," its the same on other os(8,10)

Im using samsung s ultra, that has windows 8 installed as default, it has boot security while booting which prevents me to boot from bootable usb windows installer, i turned off the boot security and selected uefi and csm in os selection, after i formatted the main drive, when i tried to install...
