I had the same issue, Iphone6. As above mentioned its not in Itunes, open the Icloud app, you'll see IClound Photos. You can choose Download or Upload. Choose Download. Then in your Photos folder there will be a new folder called Icloud Photos then Download folder. They all showed up there...
