Undervolt almost gives no change to performance. It only lowers the laptop volt so the laptop will produce less heat. I'm sure you mention underclock, which is lower your laptop clock.

Try to calibrate your laptop battery. If your laptop MSI, I'm sure you can use Dragon Center 2 to calibrate your battery. Other than MSI I can't help, but I think AlHuneke is up there right. Laptop manufacture provides a diagnostic program to find out what happens with your battery.

Have you tried undervolt your laptop?

Update today Laptop back to normal again. I've done a lot of thing and I think one of my VPN have a bug. I've need to enable the VPN and disable it again to make the internet back to work. Thanks all for the help, now I need help to close this thread. Thank you
