Hello I have a DELL insprion 15 3000 2014 model. Every few minutes my cursor will just freeze for a few seconds, not the pc. JUST the cursor. I noticed that it only does it when I am moving my mouse around and doing stuff, I sorta think it might be the CPU spiking. but How could i Fix it :(
