    Laptop lags on first second and maybe third game of overwatch

    i had an issue with overwatch sometimes not playing at all, others lagging big time. turns out for somne reason bit torrent and utorrent was the cause. try exiting either one of those programs

    i had a similar problem with a bitcoin miner virus, delete all the files you recently downloaded and run rougekiller. i tried everything else and its the only thing that made it go away permanently

    Motherboard shorting out

    i have come across a similar issue, when a customer installed his new mobo himself, the mobo backplate tab shorted out and grounded one of the usb ports. there was nothing we could do to fix it after it grounded. needed a new mobo

    try to boot into safe mode and create a new user profile from there, not sure if thats will work, but its the first thing i would try. what version of windows?

    how many cores is the cpu? amd or intel" if its a dual core or higher, it seems like a good price for a basic laptop for web surfing, email, downloading etc
