    Your temperatures fine, just worry if it gets to 85C then you should remove the OC.

    73C is fine, just remove the overclock if it ever gets to 82-85C.

    If your gpu temperature went up a lot when your overclocked and you're that nervous you will burn your GPU I'd remove the overclock.

    You can overclock a laptop but you will get about a 5% increase in performance... you shouldn't overclock it, there are too many risks of overheating and frying the GPU or any other components near it. Laptops are usually already overclocked.
