Thanks. I'll get another charging cube.

Sometimes I have the black x when I plug in the charging cable and sometimes I don't. I don't know if it's the cable or the charging unit I'm plugging into that's causing this. Doesn't seem to keep it from charging but when the x shows, it does take longer. Anybody know what's causing the problem?

I'll try turning the sleep mode off first and if that doesn't work, I'll go the clean and reinstall route. Thanks

This started about 3 weeks ago. The screen would go black if I let the computer idle but it wouldn't wake back up. I could hear the fan running and the white power light was burning steady. I had to physically power it down then back on. I'd get the screen asking to start with command...
