    When I loaded the printer, the driver it automatically installed was incorrect. I manually installed the correct driver and it now works!!!!

    I just tried that and it gave the same blank paper with gray on the top.

    Wireless Brother MFC9340CDW printer will print from my iPhone and iPad but when I try to print from my desktop it prints a blank page with only a gray line at the top
