Just an update. I was able to get it working by using the HD Fury Arcana. I am only using the audio portion of the Arcana however it fixed the problem. As such I now have Dolby Atmos for my PC :)

I currently have a RTX 3090 Graphic Card in my PC which supports audio over HDMI. I do NOT use a TV for a display and im currently using the Display Port for my video which is working. Now I have a Bose Soundbar 900 which I would like to use via HDMI. I've gotten it to work with optical however...
