On the motherboard is a little chip, a BQ24740, its the charging control ic.

If i take the battery out while its still plugged into ac, it stays on if i take the ac out while the battery is in, it immediately turns off sorry for the misunderstanding, my english is not so good, im from belgium. edit: i answered on the first question no, i was apparently not wide awake :)

It didn't stays on without plugged into ac. If i wiggle the plug arround, it stays on because the ac is plugged in. in my eyes its not the jack.
