Go to the device manager and disable the integrated graphics. Dont worry the screen will flick and it will use the dedicated graphics. BTW did you install the drivers for the dedicated graphics?

Try to boot your laptop with battery unplugged and your AC plugged. If this doesn't work try to plug your battery out and remove your AC cable and press the ON button for 30 seconds. Then boot your laptop with only your AC cable.
