What is the best and most affordable 65 inch 4k TV I can get?

I don't know if there is any manufacturer out there that makes a 4k TV that isn't "smart". I would look at Vizio, they are consistently one of the least expensive TVs but actually have some pretty darn good looking displays. I personally would shoot for a TV that supports HDR on top of that...

Normal or Smart TV, considering the PC?

I've never had resolution issues connecting my PC to a TV. Sometimes you have to change the input setting to "PC" or some other similar setting but usually there is a way. You can pull up the manual for the TV your looking to buy online and double check before you purchase.

Normal or Smart TV, considering the PC?

I personally am a fan of using a HTPC with my main TV. Just get a nice wireless keyboard/trackpad controller and it can do everything a smart TV can plus more. Although almost all TVs nowadays are "smart" to some degree.

    PC "gaming" headset

I have the wireless logitech g930, I really like it except for one major flaw, it has really quiet feedback (sidetone). If your trying to talk with friends while playing a game you can barely hear yourself talk, really throws me off. Other than that I've never had connection issues with it...

    Do I Need a Router?

If it was me, I would get a router (wireless) simply because you can pick one up for cheap if need be. If down the road you find you want a better one then replace it. But on the other hand I use wireless internet all the time, between my phone, e-reader, laptop, etc...

    Do I Need a Router?

I wouldn't get a router for security reasons http://www.tomsguide.com/us/home-router-security,news-19245.html I also wouldn't worry about it, just make sure you have half decent anti-virus and don't visit the shady parts of the internet. If you do not need a wireless router and you never plan...

Mac or PC for programming and college?

You can build applications for iOS/android etc... using something like phonegap. This allows you to code once and deploy to multiple platforms. Now if you really want to get into the nitty gritty for iOS and/or make your applications as efficient as possible you would wan't to code with their...
