Ya i would get the i3 if you can, the g3258 will work if you overclock it a bunch but the i3 gives better performance in most games. A 4000 series i3 should be able to get you close to 60fps in just about any game.

Can a programmer work for abroad company from home country?

What your asking for i dont think will ever happen. If people could get American pay and get third world cost of living, Americans would be leaving America in mass. I think your best bet would be to try to get a work visa, but that would require you to move to America.

Lame question - Is it worth upgrading for simple work in 3ds max

I'm thinking it could be two things, either SSD or graphics, a gtx 750 or gtx 750ti would prob be a decent and cheap upgrade for your graphics, and would be way better than integrated. Also r9 270 wouldnt be bad, just make sure your computer will fit a graphics card and has the 6 pin power plug...

    OpenOffice or LibreOffice?

I think OpenOffice turned into LibreOffice, but I think that's the best your gonna get unless you go MS office.

    AMD A10, 8650G vs i7, 720M (Gaming)

720M is still the most powerful. If you don't like 17" laptop the 630M is almost as good. The 720M is actually quite impressive for the money. It can play quite a lot of games on at least low settings. EDIT: I would still suggest maybe saving a little more money though, if possible.

    AMD A10, 8650G vs i7, 720M (Gaming)

Wow the benchmarks on the Nvidia 720M are pretty decent. Nvidia never ceases to amaze me lol. I'd def say the 2nd option is better, but it still struggles with games, and can't play newer games.

    AMD A10, 8650G vs i7, 720M (Gaming)

Neither will play games very well at all. I don't know that you could find a gaming capable laptop for $500 unless you went used.

    8gb vs 4gb

It depends on the game too. most games run ok on 4gb of Ram some newer games need more though.
